2.22.22 on a Tuesday

Yesterday was a phenomenal day that many of us got to experience. It was 2.22.22 on a Tuesday! How exciting? Now, I will not sit up here and act like I understand numerology and all that. But I did take advantage of the day and reset my intentions for the year.

Like many of you, I saw all the memes, posts, and infographics throughout social media on what 2.22.22 means and what it could do for us. As much as I tried to read and as much as I tried to understand, my main focus was to sit down and write out my plans. I did this twice yesterday. I started off writing my manifestations/prayers. I call it both because while I manifest, it always turns to me praying and trusting God with what I vision, despite sometimes I feel like I am not heard. But this my faither is another conversation.

Yesterday while I was at my side hustle, I had about 20 minutes, and I pulled out my journal and started writing affirmations over myself in my journal. Then, later on, I contemplated getting a margarita because it was National Margarita Day. I stayed home, took a bath with an affirmation bath mix, Epsom salt, and eucalyptus and peppermint, and sat in there for 30 minutes. Then I cooked dinner, did laundry, and finally sat down and finished journaling from earlier that day. I felt accomplished. My moods were different, and my heart did not feel strained.

What I loved most about yesterday was I was very intentional about what and how I did everything, and this is my goal, and I hope to stay that way. I spoke life over myself, and I felt complete, not defeated. I have not felt like this in a very long time. 2.22.22 gave me the boost and energy that I needed. As I write and release this to all of my faithers, I hope you do the same. Even if you missed yesterday, start today! Start your energy shift right now! I am rooting for you! I love you.
